Extended Provision Leader- (Grade 2 Level 2) (Wraparound Care)

Salary: £22,366 FTE Actual £6,859- Temporary 1 year contract with a view to extension 

Working weeks: Term time (39 Weeks)

Hours: 13 Hours 15 Minutes per week, estimated timings are below.

After school: 3.15pm – 6pm (Monday – Thursday)

    3.15pm – 4.45pm Friday

Admin/Preparation time: 45 Minutes arranged accordingly

The Head teacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an Extended Provision Leader to provide wraparound care for our children. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, forward thinking and dedicated to working with children.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and lead our high quality wraparound care for the families in our community. You will support and enhance the day-to-day running of the setting.

Within the role you will:

• Attend to the needs of the children and provide general support in supervising and managing the wraparound care;
• Have the ability to work well as part of a team and alone;
• Be organised and possess strong communication skills;
• Prepare a light tea, snacks and drinks;
• Arrange and lead activities for the club;
• Have high expectations of the behaviour and achievement of the children; and,
• Build positive relationships with children, staff, parents and Governors.
